  This is my chiropractor's office. Dr. Gilmore and Dr. Gardner. I'm in the office about 3 times a week. I used to say I would go for a snap crackle pop... these two gentlemen keep me on the straight and narrow literally... Doctor Bob who has his own practice down in Sunrise Florida comes up to cover occasionally... he refers to my adjustments as a little Chiropractic for play LOL. I usually start on the rollers. And then we moved to the Rack... the adjustment table... I have recently referred to it as a slam bam thank you man. I walk into the office doing the Tim Conway Shuffle because I cannot pick up my legs. And the feeling is gone. I am walking literally like a duck. I have issues with the cervical the thoracic and the lumbar. I am fused from L 2 -SI. There are two rods six three and a half inch screws and a cage. I am also fused at the c-56 level due to being rear ended at a red light buy a person doing 60 miles an hour. Ortho tells me I need new shoulders. My master arm left arm is what put me on a disability with the state of Connecticut. They told me I was no longer any used to them. Two rotator cuff surgeries in one year. The doctor claimed he didn't know where I worked. I also have had a breast reduction...,gone bad... To ease up the pressure on T-10. Now these guys are trying to keep me out of the wheelchair and from being under the knife. I wear a soft neck brace as needed and will occasionally use a cane a walker or a wheelchair if needed. I have been referring many of my friends from the Back & Body Club to this office. Despite what the medical profession believes these are real doctors.
