I went to ask for help and i could tell by his voice he was annoyed. I told him what i need and he replied well do you have the size for it and what kind of washer do you need? Well, if i knew the damn size of the screw and the type of washer i need it. I would not be asking. He just told where to go and thats it. Didnt even bother showing me. I had to ask another employee who indeed did help me. Overall, mainly bad customer service and poor product selection, not enought tools available. I will not be returing to this store ever. First and last time i go to this store.

They went out of their way to satisfy my request for a special t-shirt for a Christmas gift for my husband then they would not take anything for it. The folks who work here are always so attentive and helpful. My husband will wear his ACE shirt proudly!
